This Privacy Policy describes how DeliverX IT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website located at nexlione.com (the "Site"), as well as your rights and choices regarding such information.
This policy applies only to this marketing website. Use of the NexliOne ERP software platform is governed by separate agreements provided upon account registration.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typically:
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 3 years from last contact, then deleted.

Response Timing
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
8. California "Shine the Light" Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
9. Do Not Track Disclosure
California law requires us to disclose how we respond to web browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
